Description
ETP Purpose: Cleans dirty factory wastewater to make it safe for reuse or river release.
Screening: Bars catch big trash like plastics and sticks first.
Grit Removal: Sand and stones settle in a chamber.
Primary Tank: Heavy sludge sinks; oil floats and gets skimmed off.
Aeration Tank: Bacteria eat organic waste with air bubbles.
Secondary Settling: Remaining dirt settles as sludge.
Filtration: Fine filters remove tiny particles.
Disinfection: Chemicals or UV kill germs.
Sludge Handling: Dry sludge for safe disposal or reuse.
Final Check: Test water quality before outlet
