USE FOR:- Melting pure copper and aluminium metal recovered from e-waste PCBs into ingots for resale to refineries

CAPACITY:- 100-1000 kg per batch (melts 100kg -1000kg copper or 100kg-950kg aluminium in 60-90 minutes)

MATERIAL :- Mild steel outer shell with high-grade refractory brick lining (150mm thick) and graphite/silica crucible

BLADE GRADE:- N/A (no blades - uses electromagnetic induction or gas/oil burner heating)

CUTTING SIZE:- N/A (melts entire scrap pieces, no cutting required before loading)

ELECTRICITY LOAD:- 50-200 kW (3-phase 415V), or gas-fired LPG burner option (20-50 kg/hour fuel
